Pierogie Ingredients

Our pierogie dough and pierogie fillings are made from scratch every day from the highest quality and freshest ingredients, using product that is delivered daily. We peel Idaho potatoes, partially by hand, and cook them every morning. We peel and chop Spanish Onions and Cabbage every day. We use real cheeses. We do not use additives or preservatives in our pierogie dough or pierogie fillings.

Pierogie Dough

We make our “Secret Recipe” pierogie dough with Durum flour, Semolina flour, water, Canola oil, eggs, and salt.

Sautéed Onion Sauce

We make our Sautéed Onion Sauce with chopped & sautéed Spanish onions, Canola oil, and clarified margarine. The margarine contains milk and soy.

Cabbage Variety Pierogie Fillings

Cabbage Plain – sautéed cabbage, Sautéed Onion Sauce, plain breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Cabbage & Cottage Cheese – sautéed cabbage, dry Cottage cheese, Sautéed Onion Sauce, plain breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Cabbage & Kielbasa – sautéed cabbage, Polska kielbasa, Sautéed Onion Sauce, plain breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Cabbage & Meat – sautéed cabbage, ground chuck, Sautéed Onion Sauce, plain breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Cabbage & Mushrooms – sautéed cabbage, sautéed white mushrooms, Sautéed Onion Sauce, plain breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Cottage Cheese & Chives – dry Cottage cheese, Cream cheese, chives, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Mozzarella Cheese – Mozzarella cheese.
Provolone Cheese – Provolone cheese.
Ricotta Cheese – Ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper.

Apple Pie – drained Apple pie filling, graham crackers crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon.
Apricot Plain – Apricot filling.
Apricot & Cream Cheese – Apricot filling and Cream Cheese.
Lekvar – Prune butter filling.
Pumpkin Pie – Pumpkin filling, pumpkin puree, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Sweet Cottage Cheese – Dry Cottage cheese, Cream Cheese, eggs, and sugar.
Sweet Potato – Sweet potatoes, egg, margarine, onion, salt, and pepper.
Sweet Ricotta Cheese – Ricotta cheese, sugar, cinnamon, pinch of salt.

Meat Variety Pierogie Fillings

Breakfast – Scrambled eggs, real Cheddar (mild) cheese, real bacon, chives, salt, and pepper.
Cheeseburger – Ground chuck, eggs, real Cheddar (mild) cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Hot Sausage – Hot sausage, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
Meat – Ground chuck, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Reuben – Corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, breadcrumbs.
