FALL/WINTER PIEROGIE DETAILS

Our pierogie dough and pierogie fillings are made from scratch every day from the highest quality and freshest ingredients, using product that is delivered daily. We peel Idaho potatoes, partially by hand, and cook them every morning. We peel and chop Spanish Onions and Cabbage every day. We use real cheeses. WE DO NOT USE ADDITIVES OR PRESERVATIVES IN OUR PIEROGIE DOUGH OR PIEROGIE FILLINGS.

Pierogie Dough

  • We make our “Secret Recipe” pierogie dough with Durum flour, Semolina flour, water, Canola oil, eggs, and salt.

Fall/Winter Variety Pierogie Fillings

  • Pumpkin Pie – Pumpkin filling and egg.
  • Sweet Potato – Sweet potatoes, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Thanksgiving – Bread stuffing, Turkey meat, corn, salt, pepper, and stuffing spices.
