TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Pierogies Plus makes your order, by hand, the day before it is scheduled to be shipped.
2. Being a small business necessitates that we limit shipping to one day a week.
3. One-day, Two-day, or Overnight shipping refers to the amount of time it will take the shipping carrier to
deliver your order once it leaves Pierogies Plus.
4. If your order is being shipped to a business address, please provide the business name along with the
contact’s name.
5. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy. Pierogies Plus is not responsible for errors in the
shipping address that is provided to us.
6a. In the rare event that delivery of your order is delayed or damaged by the shipping carrier, Pierogies Plus will
assume responsibility for the cost of the damaged food, providing -
• The customer submits photos to Pierogies Plus that support their assertions and
• The customer returns the damaged food to Pierogies Plus using a return shipping label provided by Pierogies
Plus.
6b. Pierogies Plus will not reimburse the customer for the shipping carrier's cost of their delayed/damaged order.
6c. If the customer decides to have their order reshipped by Pierogies Plus, the customer is responsible for the
shipping carrier's cost.
